OurPlace is a trade name of PixelParty Group LTD, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC854567).

2. Nature of the Service

OurPlace is a private photo-sharing platform for families. Users create private places, invite family members, and share photos within those places. Content is only visible to invited members of each place.

3. Content Moderation

OurPlace operates a private, invite-only model. Content is shared exclusively within user-created places and is not publicly accessible. Place hosts can:

Approve or deny join requests
Remove members from their place
Enable upload approval to review photos before they are visible to other members

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including content that is illegal under applicable law.

4. Reporting Illegal Content

If you believe content on OurPlace is illegal, you can report it by contacting us at support@ourplace.family. Please include:

A description of the content and why you believe it is illegal
The location of the content (place name or any identifying details)
Your contact information

We will acknowledge reports promptly and take action in accordance with applicable law.

5. Average Monthly Active Users in the EU

OurPlace has fewer than 45 million average monthly active users in the European Union. As such, OurPlace qualifies as a non-very-large online platform under the DSA.
